HUH??? What does that mean? Those "specs" are more than fine "non-stripped"...

Let me doubt (with all due respect ) that you can have a WinFLP license (as those were issued only as part of the Software Assurance contract).

But the issue is not IMHO the actual OS, which anyway will need at least 512 Mb to run decently, it may be if you plan to run on it *any* real-time antivirus, they tend to peak well over 256 Mb and use in "normal" operation 100 Mb or more.
