Let me doubt (with all due respect :)) that you can have a WinFLP license (as those were issued only as part of the Software Assurance contract). :unsure:

But the issue is not IMHO the actual OS, which anyway will need at least 512 Mb to run decently, it may be if you plan to run on it *any* real-time antivirus, they tend to peak well over 256 Mb and use in "normal" operation 100 Mb or more.
