Tripredacus Posted November 5, 2012 Share Posted November 5, 2012 I reported this in the Dev Preview, but even in RTM it doesn't seem possible to search File Contents using Explorer. In Windows 7, if search couldn't find what you were looking for, an option to search in File Contents. Windows 8 explorer doesn't even have any options, let alone this. So as an example, if I have a folder full of INFs, searching for a Hardware ID just shows zero results. Don't tell me I have to copy this folder to another OS just to find the file I need!
