i want to be able to convert flash video and mp4 from youtube into divx but all the converters i have tried dont do flv or mp4 and then the 1 i have ffound doesnt do a very good job the video is all pixelated etc

is there a decent video conveter that can do flv and mp4?

I've been using anyvideo converter for the last 2 or 3 random video jobs I've encountered and it has seemed to work well.

virtual dub with plugins for flv and mp4 (so it can load them)

then just choose from video compression to whatever codec type you want encode
