Should I use RT 7 Lite for a Windows 7 Professional x86_64 install over vLite? That is the more 'dedicated' one, but vLite is of course the more tried and tested.

And I assume I can follow the 'Windows 7 "Keep" List' when using RT 7 Lite as well?
