Have been unable to make FirstUXRes.WIM work in SP1. Works like 1 time during setup and then it is replaced somehow. Yes I replace it in oobe also

I have replaced in also new additional folder for sp1.

Finally got around to modding a few more files W32UIRes.dll.mui and spwizimg.dll Bitmap-516

I know theres a way to turn off that black border anyone remember where?

W32UIRes.dll.mui 120, "Your computer will restart several times."

About Bitmap 516 32 bit inside spwizimg.dll

The black border exits at first and it's needed to keep this one when we make changes, like add a new image or logo inside 516.bmp.

And when we add this new modded resource inside the spwizimg.dll we must see this black border.

If the border is white, we will see a black border during the silent installation.

When I've made my customized 516.bmp file with GIMP 2.0, I save the new file merging the layers and save with 32 bit bitmap A8 R8 G8 B8.

I see that the black border is always around the image and I can add this one inside the spwizimg.dll and all is fine!

I trying to do the Finalize Image

After mount the instal.wim !! The problem appear like Attachments file

I using Windows XP SP2 !! Please help me !! Last step

On XP you must use Se7en_UA6.3.33 final for XP Vista.zip

Are you using that?

If so open a cmd prompt and type cacls /?

Do you get return from that?

Add the right click .wim. make sure you choose correct image number 1, 2, ??

Shutdown Se7en_UA

right click on uaDVD\sources\install.wim

Unmount *.* NO SAVE zMountDir

zMountDir Cleanup 1 + Reg

zMountDir Cleanup 2 + Reg

Delete zMountDir

Delete Se7en_UA.ini and restart. Now attach here
