jbm
@maxXPsoftI found if during the addons if I copy an old $OEM$ filefrom a previous run of se7en the cmd files have all my edits in them.Which is goodBut when I did that the add applications button was already checked so I went to the next step.Anyway the second time I clicked add applications and did a load all so my apps were copied. When I did a pack image I recieved arror complaining about non .msu files in the Hfixes directory.I checked and all those files were in both the hfixes and ...\$OEM$\$1\install directories. The errors didn't cause any problems during installation in vmware. I do things in order looking for certain things to exist and then it moves on depending on that. If you go from start to finish most won't encounter much problems. Really don't know how to get around that cause so many will do different things and it is hard to second guess.Sort of like using Vlite and then use RT7, he don't know what the other app done and he looks for certain things according to what his process is to advance. I'm in the same situation. If something need's to be added then I'll certainly add it perhaps after a discussion on the merits. If I can make this better and you see the way I certainly will listen

If I can make this better and you see the way I certainly will listenI wasn't even sure if thats what you had in mind. The (can't call them bugs)features are easy to get around.Just have to remember to go through all the stepseven if there already checked. Don't know if it would workbut couldn't I remove everything from the saved $oem$ directoryexcept for the cmd files and anything that wasn't placed there by se7enEDIT: found that if I already have a setupcomplete.cmd in my $OEM$ folderto be copied, the non msu files remain in the HFixes directory and the linesthat Se7en normally had to setupcomplete.cmd aren't.IF I'm the only one that sees a use for this thats okbecause it's easy to get get arround the errors caused by this.
