"Trident Display Card with 2MB (TGUI9689-1)"

"TRIDENT TGUI9689 w/ 1 mega"

Appears to have optional 1mb or 2mb DRAM. I have drivers for Win3.1, win95/98, and NT3.5/4.0. I believe the 9x may work on ME and XP, but not sure.

I have a 9680 (labeled "Union"). The DirectX interface is kind of old(?).

If you PM me with a Gmail account (you have to create one at GMAIL ) then I'll send you the whole shebang (18mb mix-and-match). I recommend Gmail because they allow up to 20mb per message (in total). It also includes the "manual" for the 9680-series.

Good luck on the old beastie. May still work, but... Not realy useful except to get an older PC up and running (no OpenGL support eg. for gaming except old games).

P.S. it is a PCI card, right? (mine is)

Moderators - Hope this private offer is ok... Trident cards/drivers are toast/ancient anyway.

Trident cards/drivers are toast/ancient anyway.

No kidding. Last time I've seen one of those (Trident card) was in a 486... With all of 512KB of RAM. That would be about a dozen years ago...
