Happy-Dude Posted October 14, 2008 Posted October 14, 2008 I believe this is official ...Microsoft Project codename "Windows 7" ... Will be called ... Windows 7 !!Different, yes. Perhaps a new tone from Vista and XP, and been a while since the 3.1x and NT numbering days.Let's make this "7" a lucky number now, shall we?http://windowsvistablog.com/blogs/windowsv...-windows-7.aspxhttp://blogs.zdnet.com/microsoft/?p=1639Read more about Windows 7 from Engineering 7: http://blogs.msdn.com/e7/
spacesurfer Posted October 17, 2008 Posted October 17, 2008 I think Windows 7 will be a much more refined and polished version of Vista, code clean up and performance improvements, that's all; but not revolutionary or evolutionary. Despite, if you skip on Vista, then definitely worth 7.
