August 13, 200818 yr It´s even worse then humfri stated :The court in hamburg ruled, that the boardowner is held directly responsible, if sombody posts insults or warez.The judge said :Actually the posts have to be checked BEFORE they are published !The boardowner was sentenced, even though he removed the insulting post the next morning at 10:00 a.m. (it was written about 04:00 a.m.).That´s why several fora have nightblocks and wordfilters now.That's the worst crap i've read all year i think. So if someone stands in my garden and screams racists to people walking by, i am responsible for him since its my garden?So by the same principle if i were to come to his garden and set his house on fire, that would be his responsibility?Wehehehelll. Logic all the way.
