A little help from you

Featured Replies

First of all hello to everyone, I am new here. I need a little help. I am scanning my PC with Regseeker and there are some errors that keep coming every time I scan. If I go to the regestry and try to delete them manually- it does not work. And also when i scan with Tune up utilities, some errors can not be deleted also. I would be grateful if you could help me to resolve these problems.

The errors in Regseeker are in AcroIE Helper & Acro PDF.

The errors with Tune up utilities are missing icon in C:/Program files/Zone Labs/ZoneAlarm/UpdClient.exe,-279

If i follow the path this file is missing in the system but i can find it in the registry under ZAMailSafe. Many thanks to all.

Those are probably nothing to worry about.

Do you have your web browser runnig at the same time as you're scanning?

The browser might be locking some files which are in use.

Try using CCleaner, it's a great free file- and reg-cleaner.

I have nothing else running while scanning. i am also using ccleaner, the same error about unused default icon in zone alarm appears every time. i know those are maybe nothing to worry about but they are really annoying to see them every time i am scanning.

Try to delete them manually- it does not work? Do you have the permission to delete that?

Right click the registry values and see the Permissions.
