You should get more information in the event viewer and btw, installing all hotfixes from MS puts back many removed files.

just a suggestion you could replace rdc with remote administrator 3. (http://www.famatech.com/) that'll give u an extra thing to remove;)

btw the "standard pic/fax preview thingy" is called 'Windows Picture and Fax Viewer" - just dont remove it in nLite.
