Is it possible to convert my Nlite installation which is now on my hard drive

to a LIVE CD ROM ? The Nlited installation is small enough that it

fits on a CD. I want to make a CDROM that does everything that

my Nlite does but runs completely from CDROM and maybe RAMDISK

to help it. Just like these LINUX LIVE CD ROMs that we can download

except thtat it is Nlited WinXP.

Does anyone know how to do this ?

You'll need an original XP or W2K3 Server CD in order to use this.

use your nLited CD as source in BartPE, discard the errors and make the ISO manually. It does work.

Not possible with nLite but is possible build a standalone NLite !!!

Youl will need a couple of files from W2k3 and MobileOSregPatch.

Look here (post by dennis123123). The author of initial idea - euhenio - is using nLite and is creating something here (but frankly speaking it would be easier to make it manually as described in the first link).

use your nLited CD as source in BartPE, discard the errors and make the ISO manually. It does work.

But if he does that and ignores the errors, there will be several functions in BartPE that will not work if he has already removed some important components using nLite. It's better to use an original CD in order to not get any errors at all.
