    ok, Windows waited for completion, but with an empty adapter this timed out and causes the delay. nice to hear that you fixed it

    please update the driver RtsUVStor.sys (Realtek USB card reader driver) and look if this fixes it. I can see this causes a wait.

    the issue was fixed by installing the Rollup. Is boot now better?

    what do you mean with "userdata persistence"?

    the trace is saved in C:\temp. Open a cmd there and run the command I posted in the first post to generate the XML.

    your Windows boots in 26s to the desktop and is fully booted in 50s: - <timing bootDoneViaExplorer="26505" bootDoneViaPostBoot="59905" check if you need all those Lenovo tools at startup. Also try if disabling Kasperslky makes Windows faster (Kaspersky cause a lot of disk IO).
