But vLite doesnt allow me to integrate the fix and I get en error message with something like this "KB940508 is already included", but the inclded version is V1 not V2 :wacko: Please include a version check into the 1.1 Final, so that I'm able to integrate a newer version of the same KB.

this is an inofficial fix, that must be requestet from the support. But this board provides the fixes to all of you.

All Shell32 Updates for Vista are causing this error after modifing the source with vLite. The only known workaround is to integrate shell32.dll fixes into a new DVD.

Hi nuhi, I have found a small bug with the unattended feature of vLite. I created a new DVD and integrated the englisch Languagepack into my german Vista Ultimate. Now I removed some componnets with vLite and created the Autounattended.xml with vLite. And now, the quaint thing happens. vLite take one of the integrated languages at random and use it as Setup and UI Language. <SetupUILanguage> <UILanguage>en-US</UILanguage> </SetupUILanguage> <InputLocale>0000043a</InputLocale> <UserLocale>de-DE</UserLocale> <UILanguage>en-US</UILanguage> <SystemLocale>de-DE</SystemLocale For me it uses en-US. For a friend of mine, who integrated 4 languages, Vlite uses es-ES. Please make a option to choose the language if there are more than 1 integrated in the Vista DVD, please Thanks, André

I don't want to remove it from the DVD, I want to uninstall it for some testings. So I figured out, that vLite breaks any Server-Feature.

I'm using it as my programming and testing OS. I runs much smother than Vista and contains all the fixes from Vista. I like Windows Server 2008
