setup bootscreen can be any color depth just resave the image as a .bmp and use that I have been using 16bit screenies for a year now.

Yes you can delete those two files in you 386 folder. Setup does not look there anymore.

Those are the files that identify your xp cd and identify what service pack you have installed. You can delete win51ip.sp1 and if you are not using the dotnetfx folder to install the net framework you can kill it also. The others are really important though.

Just did a reformat and it worked beautifly again must need to be XP-SP2 CD.

I use WinISO also... Modify ISO's all the **** time (3-4 a day) Never had a prob.

I don't know if it makes a diff or not but mine are tested and made on XP sp-2.

I still get the 3 original skin options plus Royale and this was the original ms file. My point in making this was to have Energy Bliss as the default theme from install instead of Luna. Also to keep it as simple as possible I made it integrated. (No $oem$ folder or custom installs for the most simple way to use.) Has anyone else had problems??

I tried that and got no response. I wanted it moved over to the customizing section.

What if I want to keep the setup for un-attended install? Just keep the setup stuff right?

EASY Make a shortcut to the desktop then click and drag. Drop in the quick launch section. Then delete the desktop shortcut.

Please could someone help me with a couple of probles I have run into. FIRST: YES I HAVE SEARCHED!!!!!! Second: Which string denotes the height of the taskbar?? What value do I change to make this like half the size?? Third: Which value decides the appearence of the start button i.e. Whether or not the word "START" appears or a colored pic (Flag, Word or whatever) shows??? (I really want to edit a couple of themes for personal use.)

Sorry don't know french. Also could a mod or admin move this to customizing windows section now???

Okay fellow people who like to have it all. I was messin' around the other day and I noticed that the MS Royale pack is just regular Luna with extra crap thown in. So I got an idea and tried to repack Royale for integration on Wndows XP cd's. After testing I ended up with 3 files being replaced in the I386 folder. After a fresh install windows loads with Royale as the default theme with animated cursors and EnergyBliss wallpaper. I also corrected a couple of gramatical errors and a spelling error I actually found in the msstyles file. LOL at MS quality control.

I have over 700 mostly Anime and Video game.
