Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm might be worth looking into. It might be partially reading the reboot command and getting confused.

Right you don't need to reinstall the virtual windows. #1 Mount the new iso on the Virtual machine. #2 Boot your last installation of virtual windows. #3 browse the cd in the virtual enviroment and double click on the runwpi.exe in the $oem$ folder then reboot #4 Run your tests.

Reboot the same image (Windows installation) with the remade iso in the virtual drive. Then just browse to the wpi.hta file and execute it choosing just the apps you have changed or are testing.

You can set the timer to 0 in the options section and the main window will popup for a split-second. Which means that if your using it directly from a true install of windows the installations will be running before the logon screen finishes going away. That is the best that can be done (For now) but I dont think we can totally hide it due to the fact it needs to procces the config and options files.

Please let me see your config.js (Its in the wpiscripts folder) WPI as a rule is suppossed to wait for each app to finish before running the next one. There is however a issue I ran into once where an app wouldn't properly finish before the next and it caused the error you are getting. I simply added a sleep command to commandline2 for 30 seconds to wait for the last proccess to finish properly.

We have discussed figuring out how to make it load to desktop before the installation proccess begins or restarts and are looking into it. Also you do know you can compile a au3 file into an exe right. Then it would run at even svcpack (T-13)

ok try this please (I hope your testing in VMWare ) lots of testing might be involved as I think it may be stemming from your copy of frontpage or windows. re-run a new install and select only frontpage and run it. The run another one and select several random appps BUT NOT frontpage and tell me if it comes up with either. I have gone through all of the code and cannot find anything and run a coupla tests and have not come up against this error. I can however tell you how to disable that errorbox from popping up if it shows to be something on your end.

Man you are really getting me stumped now. So you are NOT calling for a reboot and it is telling you errors about not opening reboot file. This is using v6 right? Please attach your whole config file, also did you modify any of the core files? Can I get the full syntax in this popup too?
