  1. How are you calling autcad 06? (What switches?) Can you provide a screenshot? It should be easy enough to do a fix for. Just post your config.js as an atachment.
  2. Don't make a new thread just edit or reply to you other one next time...
  3. AHA! ok I get it now.
  4. OK here are my findings: XP Gold iso size = 492 megs XP SP1a iso size = 507 megs XP SP2 iso size = 582 megs XP SP1a + SP2 iso size = 594 megs XP SP1a + SP2 + SP3 iso size = 624 megs XP SP3 iso size = 593 megs Total wasted space with all 3 packs? = 31 megs Why are you deleting the asms files? Total size gain from XP gold to SP3 = 101 megs Hey I goto Twin for my wifes doctor...
  5. I am talking about without nLite-ing you have the extra folders AND the drivers sp2 cab.
  6. Ebay.
  7. NO!!! That would be illegal and in violation of rule #1. It is considered WAREZ! DUH! http://www.nliteos.com/ Grab nLite and add ie7 in as a hotfix, it is really easy to do it yourself.
  8. #1 ouch, it doesn't quite work like that, sorry. (I am suprised SP3 slipstreamed in fine) #2 You should "Clean" the disk out before slipping SP3 and the rest in. OEM disks include ALOT of junk. #3 Remember SP3 is not final yet. You'll have to wait at least 10 more days to get the final version! Without the final version you'll have a timebomb disk that will quit working in 6 months or less. To clean the disk: Copy ONLY the i386 folder and the win51 files to a folder on your drive. Open i386 folder and delete the svcpack folder and svcpack.in_, then hope the OEM didn't use some really funky type on integration for other stuff. Using nLite (found on this forum) and Windows Media Player 11 (Also found here) slipstream, clean and update your cd. Then use it to make a bootable CD. When did OEM licenses become transferrable? I was not aware that was legal now. http://www.michaelstevenstech.com/oemeula.htm
  9. #2 Huh?? SP2 is preffered if not required. #3 Theres a uxtheme.dll file in a media player hotfix??? Please read the following closely: WMP slipstreamer (EVEN while using the vanilla choice) doesnt mess up you previous nLite settings as long as you have not removed the native WMP. I have used the slipstreamer a minimum of 100 times on live install and 100's of times on VM installs. Using both the vanilla and tweaked setup. The best way for you to answer your question is to do it for yourself and then test it in a virtual envioroment.
  10. Have you simply ran chckdisk?
  11. You have 3 or more different versions of Windows Pro m8: OEM Retail Corp Each one actually only recognizes the keys for its version. Now say you have a VLK or "Corp" key you will have to have a corp Gold disk to use a clean disk. With sp1 and sp2 integrated you will loose some disk space thats why you should integrate ove a gold disk.
  12. you replace them in the i386 directory. If you want to add them into a running system that is another matter.
  13. From everything I see it is just from sp2 I can't find any benchmarks over gold.
  14. Lots of studies and tests have shown that SP3 increase performance by at least 10%. Not to mention the extra stability, protection and error fixes. Runnin XP gold is like running win 98 without a firewall or antivirus.
  15. Why do people constantly ask me this? Is two whole megs REALLLY all that important? **Sigh** Remove the manual folder and empty the graphics folder, take the server theme out, remove everything from the tools folder EXCEPT sleep.exe and DON'T use audio thus you can delete the audio folder. Of course the changelog can be removed too. I can get it down to 657 kb without too much effort.
  16. Well lets see here if you open a file in reshacker you see all English characters in the strings right? Therefore by simple deduction English characters make up the greatest majority of the internally built-in languages. So if you removed English Characters then you would really be messing up your windows because your native OS Lang is then missing.
  17. Why would you need it portable?
  18. #1 nLite DOES NOT USE THE INI FILE! #2 Nlite uses the .inf file both of which are in the i386 dir! nvatabus.inf nvraid.inf #3 You need to copy the txtsetup.oem file INTO that i386 folder those files are in! #4 You may only need one of them as their is a difference between the nvatabus file (Standard SATA driver) and the nvraid file (The SATA raid drivers)! #5 You do not want to select the wrong OS in the next popup! #6 You need to select "txtmode setup" in the nlite popup after you select the driver!
  19. OMG 45 seconds and google got me to them... http://www.asrock.com/mb/from.asp?Model=AM...;T=D&ID=208
  20. Try just these 2: http://www.wpiw.net/bootscreen.rar
  21. You need to pm a mod and ask them to remove all of the dupes. And no I am not a mod I am a developer...
  22. WHY DID YOU POST THIS 4 TIMES!!! **** spammer...
  23. Ummmm OK I guess I can dl THE WHOLE DRIVERS.CAB HAAHAHAHA. I got the stuff now look back here tommorow and I will have them for you.
