do i need the other 2 files for the boot screen 2 work or it work only whit only that 2 files?

well im thinking to put a few programs in mi windows but dont want them to install only to be there mi idea is to put them all in a folder i want this folder to be in the destop wen i format on my pc y start up from the start how can i do it?

well thanks for all the help its working now i just deleted the original .dll and put the onw i downloaded dl_ and its wors fine
