In your winnt.sif answer file you must have the entry of "OEMPREINSTALL=YES"

ok WHAT error, if any do you get? Are you using a LEGAL, unmodified version of Vista as your source? Is it the final non-beta sp1? Are the languages the same (OS and SP)?

Hmmm we MAY be able to help you if you can describe your problem a little bit better. "Atenuation"? What does this mean? Reactivate? You should NEVER have to reactivate a legally activated systems OS once activated. Some software (AV's mostly) do have licenses that expire. There really is no way around this.

Yup slipstreaming SP3 into MCE makes it XP Pro. Thats why no keys work. Plus you were most likely trying blacklisted serials from the net...

Remove directx And you'll never be able to play another game again. DirectX is a HUGE System tool!

DirectX can be reinstalled just by running the web installer.

You had a minor error in line 622. Anyways I fixed it and updated the options_general tab. Here are the 2 files please replace them in the respective folders... Alsxo CAN'T wait for the manual!

Thats 'cause it needs the proper entires made in the options file. I will add it in and post the proper file here inna bit...

That error is becuase the shell32.dll must have reached beyond the 20megs size limitation.

nLite is NOT for Server 2008 thats why... vLite is. Yes, you HAVE to dl the 1.3 gigs WAIK package too!
