There are lots of tricks with email servers/programs that can spoof the 'from' header (sender's email address). Don't take it as gospel. I once had an email to me that had no 'from' header, no 'date', just a 'to' header (my email address)!!

What's the problem exactly? Give as much detail as you can....

If IE 6 plays up again, go back to IE 5. I've noticed dodgy upgrades and crashes during service updates can cause this problem.

Make sure permissions are set up correctly on pc with the printer.
