I've only used Shareaza a few times and preferred WinMX over it, when it was still up and running of course. Hmm, I'll have to check it out for sure, if its decentralized, hopefully everyone will begin using it and it'll be like nothing ever happened!

The sophos may be eating up a lot of your system resources with the 'auto-protect' features like most AV's today. Do you have your page file set to 768 (1.5xTotal RAM)? How about spyware, have you scanned? I would also recommend crap cleaner, may be some old temp files lagging you down.

Exactly, we will Zxian.... We'll be chillin' on the portch 2 miles above ground with our pipes and canes watching all the plane/car taxi's fly by as robots patrol our sreets/air haighways and arrest our criminals. I can't wait! Imagine internet and communications transfer speeds by then!

I read that they've even infultrated the Internet2 networks on college campuses. I sure hope that somehow, someway... someone finds out a way to make a program that is completely and truely peer-to-peer. That way there will be no central location of business. There will be no 'business' to shut down. C'mon all you code freaks! Get to it!

I was gonna say... I have the same option he suggested he wanted. I was going what? Whats the problem? LOL ... But I suppose it's due to me having classic everything, don't need all the fancy XP themes and logon screens for a home machine.

I think its worth it if you actually have a need an use for all the OSes available. I'm talking from Windows 1.1 to Windows Server 2003. And its not just OSes either, its also a wealth of other M$ applications as well as all the current betas like Vista. But like lostincyberspace said, hope your pockets are deep depending on the subscription.

I agree, you don't want some code savvy script kiddie breaking into POS and email. For sure have it behind a secure firewall.

I would most definatly recommend 2 unless you've got a really killer server. I say 2 as the game server will most likely constantly be 'lagged' and you wont want lag when dealing with cumstomers on the POS. Like you said I would have a server for gaming and then another less hardware intensive machine for POS transactions and Exchange.

Ahhh!!!Why do you guys like black sabbath. Why would you even say such a thing. Sabbath is one of the best bands ever man!But, imo, Ozzy and metal don't go togetherAre you out of your freakin' mind man?!?! What would prefer him sing, opera??? Ozzy is the king of rock, have you ever seen Sabbth live? How about war pigs, ever hear it, and him, live??? Ozzy ONLY goes with metal!
And what, all the songs don't sound good? NO, it's not a different singer. All vocalist's change their tone and voice pertaining to whatever particular song it is.. look at Slipknot and Duality for example, you can actually undersatnd what they're saying for once! I.E. He changed his voice.Also Ozzy seems to chenge his voice, as some songs sound good (or is it a different singer?).btw, i am not looking for a fightTo late! LOL... no, I'm j/k... you're not from here so I cannot expect you to know and love our music as we do! PANTERA FOREVER! RIP Dimebag!

Hey guys... as you probably all know by the 'Best Socket T Mobo' thread thats been here for weeks I'm building up a new Intel machine on a P5WD2 Premium mobo and still cannot decide on the best RAM to get. To me, it makes sense to get 800MHz RAM as the board natively supports it and plus thats the FSB on the P4 650 I'm getting. I'm thinking about either the Crucial Ballisitx BL2KIT6464AA804 2 x 512 @ 4-4-4-12 or the Corsair XMS2 TWIN2X1024A-6400 @ 5-5-5-12. Both almost the same price. Suggestions?? Trials and tribulations?? Other brand better?? Thanks guys!
