Hi, I can, hopefully, help you with problem 1 : I expect you extracted deamon.msi using winrar or alike from the file you got from daemontools. If so try to use /QB. (capital letters!!) It made it work for me. RemyBlade

Extually bladewraith is right, put winnt.sif in youre \i368 directory. You don't need the .bat file so you can delete it. RemyBlade
