Well I had worked on one of these before, The same EXACT problem, I suggest to never buy those external ones, your better off to make your own It will only show that there is something plugged in but trust me its not working, its just the mobo in the external drive case that converts it to usb. But to me the clicking noise seems like the arm is stuck or something. give it a little hit maybe? I did that with a old hard drive that was doing that and its been working ever since. odd... But If you wanna do everything possible first then try those first if all else fails try hitting it on a table or something, it could work, Even people with ipods had to do that when it freezes cause the arm gets stuck on the plater. Well I'm thinking to get a domain name or use a subdomain (for now anyways) to do a image hosting site for me and my friends and stuff like that. I mean I have a terabyte of space I can use some for sure But I just can't think of one.. Ive been looking a name gens and stuff and just nothing. I always wanted to buy a SG or LP they do feel good but I also do like my fender and the Alder body looks. But I do want to own a SG and LP too maybe over the years I can buy one of each.

Well Ive been playing guitar for a few months, I play Electric, I have a Fender Fat Strat HSS (Single Coil, Single Coil, Humbucker) thats why they call it a fat strat cause of the nice sound. I know how to play to play like 6 songs I think I was meant to play guitar, I use to play a little like 7 years ago, but I never touched one since then, I also want to have 2 more guitars maybe one this year and one next, not sure. But I was wondering is there anyone on the forums that play guitar? Please post like how long you've been playing and what style you play and just for fun what kind of guitar(s) you have. I'm just wondering if anymore geeks around here play guitar too. Thanks!

@geek, That makes sense Man everyone seems to put there feet on the sub, I do! are those the 5.1? I have the 2.1 and they sound awesome even for games, when i got mine, I was sooo surprised how much power these have, I have crank mine up and the sound still sounds crystal clear.

I have 2GB of DDR400 (PC3200) From A-Data Its soo sad how technology advances quickly, I bought this KIT it was 1+1Gb + 2Gb (duh ) But it was $229.99!!! and now you can get 4 gigs of ddr2 PC6400 for under 200 bucks!! its crazy, Man I can't wait till I build my new system, its just technology advances soo fast that when you build your system, the next month its pretty much obsolete I get picked on cause I have a 3.2Ghz P4 with HT and 2GB of ram and a 250gig Sata-150 and a 7600gt KO PCIE, I'm like its not that bad but apparently it is, I just dont have the money right now for a new system, but oh well what can you do
