well.... im extremely computer literate. To describe you two, you must go into the term hacker.

lol, u told me this already, i was laughing my head off. cant believe the 2 most hacker type guys at the school were at future shop the exact same night LOL

some of you remember that computer i found in the garbage. i got it working. its a pentium 3, 433 Mhz, 15 gig hd, windows 2000. its a pretty nice machine (gamehead has seen it). anyways, it was working for one whole night on thursday. booted it 4-5 times, everything was working properly. this was after supper it started working. friday after school, Gamehead come over, its around 4 oclock. the thing wont start. im p***ed cuz i had it working. all it does is turn on the light, and shut down. now we spent an hour and a half trying to get it to start again. we made a joke that it only starts after 6 cuz i had it working. Friday after supper, around 8, i go downstairs to try it, and it starts. now im thinking about destroying this thing. so i start working on it, and 10 minutes later, it shuts down on me. this thing is going to kill me. i try it a half hour later, works for another 8 minutes. so i gave up This morning (saturday), i tried it, it started for, say, 3 seconds. then shut down. twice it did this. now iv given up, im gonna change the power source, then the mother board, and it it doesn't work, the parts are going into this computer lol. ill see tomorrow, havent tried it tonight. maybe it just works thursday, after 6..... its wierd

thats cool. gamehead, an experement we could try, but with dry ice . then we take the extra and blow stuff up LOL. still, not much desk space with that thing. plus, you have to keep getting the nitrogen

the ports are different, pop 995 - smtp 465, both connections need ssl, its in the advanced section of the set up. it can all be read in the how to set up, look a at manual. @XtremeMaC, i hope you looked at the confiquration instructions, or it wont work lol

@gamehead no, it doesn't beep when turned on, ull have to come here and check it out. I dont think im going to ship them from Pakistan, ill just take the parts out of this one if it doesn't work.

Hold on... Ever thought of there being a BOMB somewhere in there... Throw it away!! uh oh, i never thought of my neightbor as a terrorist!!!!!, maybe you can come check it out for me gamehead, and get it running. if it blows up... its not that big a loss @Drew ill try replacing the power source, but i dont think its that becasue the light on the mobo (that little green light inside thats always on when the pc is plugged in) is staying completely lit, no change in it at all. must be a mobo problem

so true.... i laugh at people who have xboxes, i dont see the point of buying one. same thing with gamecube. there can only be 1 master system, and its the PlayStation2
