sorry that all the solutions didn't manage the problem, but i'd got an idea... in the run command, type: control userpasswords2 and choose adminstrator and uncheck users must enter password, so that it'll be the default account, then restart with admin fresh account without previous problems.
tried and even delete the desktop key, but it returns to: Desktop = c: in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders i'd scan with xclean_micro for malware.

Paul Thurrott: "Microsoft tells me that the new boot screen reduces Vista's boot time by an average of 6 seconds compared to the graphical screen they were originally planning to use. 6 seconds may not sound like a lot of time, but in the context of a PC booting, it's the difference between a near-appliance and an aging 286 that last wheezed its way along with Windows 3.1. As a result, Windows Vista should boot much more quickly on the same hardware than does Windows XP. And in my own experience this is quite definitely the case. (There are other Vista technologies that help this system boot more quickly as well, of course.)" http://www.winsupersite.com/reviews/winvista_04.asp
Hi, Please, anyone had tried Vista on Intel GMA 950 integrated graphic chip ?? Intel said it is compatible, but i want to be sure if itcan run Aero Glass. Thanks.
actually, the router isn't in my appartment, and i can't remember the brand, but i know the chip from the web based configuration page. Update: i'd found that to solve the problem for now: after making a new connection with the router, i'd to wait about 3 minutes until establishing a connection as you told me jcarle... may be router is getting old. also using hibernate may solve the problem of shutting PC during the day, so that when resuming, i can find the connection alive. that what i'd found till now...
I'd found that: the problem is when i shut my PC for a while may be 2 or 3 hours then power it again, i can't connect to the internet at the begining then may be after minutes, it connects !! (the router is always on). had i to leave it on or is there a settings to solve that ?? Thanks.
