no what i mean is has anyone tried to take out the original uxtheme.dl_ from the slipstream directory and replace it with the hacked version before they slipstreamed?

just for curiosities sake, if i slipstreamed sp2v1213, would i need to slipstream sp1?, or would i have to do sp2 over sp1? Oh and another thing, has anyone tried to compress and replace the uxtheme before slipstreaming sp1? any comments????????

Yazoo: do you see a button at the bottom that says ? well that is the button for help and whatever section you are on wether it be data or display or branding it will display the help file for that section, does that answer your question?

i was commenting that other programs do not offer that function...

this program is meant for people that want more control over their winnt.sif file, missing out sections they dont want, plus it has the ability to add favorites

fair enough to the empty batch and the reg file, i should have noticed it was for the system account, which is of course the same on every p.c, so to those i will withdraw my comments Lee

a couple of other things i have just noticed 1. %windir% has now been superceeded by %systemroot% 2. the install.cmd script assumes i have made a cmd script for nero and for java, if i hadnt noticed that i could have burnt a disc and then tried to install xp and then wondered why those 2 didnt set up, and cus i did notice it i have now got to write 2 more cmd scripts for those 2 program's 3. if i take the time to try and work out setup.ini and then to configure it, i could have written the bloody scripts in notepad Come on guys, put a little more thought into it please... 1. i didnt ask for antispy, it still created it 2. i didnt include any drivers, it still created a blank cmd script 3. the reg settings that it created for antispy are INVALID HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-57989841-1682526488-842925246-1003 that key is created at user setup, it is a unique sid number AND will never be recreated again( part of xp's security feature ) Well that is not entirely true, the keys will be imported, but they wont apply to any user account. is that ok for now? i only looked at it for 20 seconds

you need to edit them with an icon editing program such as microangelo to get the transparent backgrounds

well i tried this and it worked, i cant tell you what the problem is, when are you trying to run it? have you applied any registry settings first? have you turned off any services or disabled anything else.

if it is black then it is a standard voyager, if it is grey then it is a 100, if it a balck one then the driver you need is this onehttp://www.downloads.bt.com/btbroadband/dr...BADSL_Modem.zip but to be sure take a look at both to see which one you have voyager or voyager 100

i cant say as i have never tried but i assume they use the same method, if you can find all the files and the reg keys look the same and the way i described seems to be right then i would say yes, but i am only guessing, please dont take my word for it, if it dont work dont scream at me

Just a quick note, if you are using the web install of nero6 then apply the reg patch before you install nero, that way in your programs folder it says nero\nero 6 ultra edition(or whatever edition you have) instead of nero 6 demo.
