first u have to expand it using this command expand -r %location of wmp.in_%\wmp.in_ %destination% and u will get a file called wmp.inf. then use notepad or other text editor to open and edit it.....

after the extraction run the setup normally. then u will see that that .cabs which are missing get created. so after this u can make the admin install.....

dvdshrink is a good program but is not developing anymore....and i had problems with the new dvds. anydvd is a very good program to bypass all protection known. so go for anydvd.....

the .cab addons are made to be integrated with Nlite, adding them as hotfixes.

u can safely delete them.. i recommand u this progie: crap cleaner......to do it automatic.

first u download sp2 from here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...&DisplayLang=en then u slipstream it in your xpcd using nlite or other slipstreaming tool. then u boot from the cd u created and follow the steps on the screen. this in case u want to have a fresh install. or u can choose the repair install and u will just repair the xp instalation.
