ie7 can be integrated directly into the iso by nlite ....just add ie7 installer as a hotfix. wmp11 u can use my addons (from my site). i have 3 addons that work on xpsp2 ...first 2 u need to keep wmp6.4 and wmp 9. with the runonce addon u can remove both wmp6.4 and wmp 9, also u should add those as hotfixes. for wlm 8 sorry i cant help cause i dont use it......

wmp11 is only for xp sp2 and is not for mce2005....

u can test using vmware or virtual pc.......

its simple.....those files are not compatible with 8.3 convention.....so they are not copied from dos....try normal setup

i agree tomcat i know what u say..... i had the same feeling when i had to fix this issues for my wmp 11 pack..... and its stupid from m$ to create a installer that it creates other isuues....ok u might say that wmp 11 was not created for slipstream....bla bla....they knew that users will do that .... i was thinking that we may report this issues at m$ but i dont think they will move a finger....i did that with ie7 beta2 and its still broken in ie7 final....

it might be that those fixes are already downloaded in your computer but for some reason they didnt get installed.....

well tomcat if you have a retail xp u can ask m$ support for that specific hotfix in your language...... or even if u have an oem copy u can ask ...but i am not sure they will give it to u.... or even better u can try look if that fix is on xable's share in other languages then english....
