    The best practice is to not use Google Chrome, use other Chromium forks like Edge, Brave, Ungoogled Chromium.. instead. The OG (pun intended) is just inferior compare to its forks.

    XP is one kind of lovely Operation System, some people even created a XP mod of Windows 10, and it looks exactly like XP, even using some XP old applications: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ddlACU88Z30 I'm still using XP as the primary OS of my 2nd PC, sadly it's impossible to use only XP nowadays for me to do my job, which is coding and coding with Python, and newer Python version is required to run many useful libraries.

    Yeah, it's kinda sucks eventhough XP is still a great OS, just with some minimal updates from MS and it'll likely be as good as 7 or 10, the biggest problem that most of us have clearly known is the software compatibility issues that may slowly kill our patience. On the bright side, 2015 MPV is still pretty usable and yt-dlp is still available for XP.

    It's still his decision to enable or disable it by default, there's no doubt, but our boy roytam can decide to switch it on because so far it doesn't violate anything.

    The web has always been flaw, and even flawer since the day they introduced Navigation object and media CSS (allow font fingerprint WITHOUT JS), compare to Navigation object PerformanceObserver is still less evil, but still evil nonetheless. And Navigation object is pure evil, it's just another layer of fingerprint that companies like Google, Facebook can use to track user, it exposes User-Agent, plugins, OS, timezone, almost everything. Best case scenario we can get is the death of HTTP protocol as a whole, and rebuild the web from scratch because it's too late already, the web should be safer for everyone.

    Google tapped out because they want to protect their IPs, which are WEBP and AVIF, can't let their childs die for JPEG-XL (better at everything especially quality with a bit higher file size) With MV3 all adblockers will become half-a**, and vulnerable to anti-adblock scripts because they can't use a lot of advanced blocking features like noop, scriptlets and limited amount of rule.

At least my HP 8560p, a 11 years old laptop says no to that, lmao watching 3 videos using Firefox/Chrome/Pale Moon... with my laptop will make it so hot that I can even use it to cook barbecue.
