are you trying to use this 200gig drive as your main drive? if so then you would prolly have to reinstall windows. if your using it as a secondary drive then set it as the slave drive.

have the air going out of the case, you should also consider drilling a hole in the front or side of the case for an air input, or get a new case.

you need to reinstall windows on the new machine, you cant just put the hdd in. it would be better to just do a clean install anyways

what about any other comps? have you tried the others on your network? also try setting a static ip address.

get the evga 7800gt, good thinking for getting a gt and not gfx the dfi mobos require a minimum of 480watts or they wont run. get the ocz powerstream 600 or else your going to have alot of problems for the cpu, if you can afford the 3800X2 then get it! but even better, if you can find a dual core opteron then get that

whats the point? they create heat and you dont want any more in your case. they are given to you by your isp and are specially designed for that isp. the isp updates them every now and then.

its not neweggs fault that ur not home. its fedex/ups that are delivering it to you. and if you want to assign another address to the credit card then go ahead and do that.

well first of all you dont want a case with a psu, the psu's would suck. so just let me know how much ur willing to pay for a case and psu and ill let you know

well that sucks, do you have any other drive that you could put in there? or maybe you can find some partition magic floppy disk but im not too sure that the disk would work

if u want to you could try to install it to the linux part if theres nothing important on there, or maybe if you have another hdd u can plug in

where does it give that error? when it is copying over the i386 directory? if so then im pretty sure that the hdd is gone.

explain... are there any stange sound? have you tried formatting it? have you tested in on another machine?

well i know that you got it illegally but ill help you out b/c im in a good mood right now. your only realy choice is to just burn all of the files to random cds, then if you wanted to install it again you would have to copy all the data on the cds to your hdd to install it. if you want to keep the image on ur hdd then just mount it with daemon tools.

i thought that this would be between 7zip and winrar, i currently use winrar and i pretty much love it, just wondering if anything was better. ive used 7zip a few times a while ago, i think ill give it another try.

explain. its not the computer unless ur using the oem cd that made specificly for you model comp.

and since its a dvd iso he has no clue on how to get any of the data out of it.
