Just updated from win8.1 1.2 to 1.3.1. But after installation the screen started to flash and then gives me a black screen. I restarted my laptop and the computer lags like crazy, and still flashes. Any help plz?

Hello, I have a problem here. Transparency and blur effect does not work on selected window. This problem is present since the 8.1 release. No registry values modified. Debug log seems to be normal. Help please? Thanks.

To Noel: I checked my registry settings and I think that they're pretty normal. I used no 3rd party applications and did not modify other values, except the custom theme values. The problem still exsists even if I'm not using an alternative theme.
