I am not able to copie my WIN51IP.SP1 from my WinXP sp1 Cd (heavly scratch). It gives invalid parameter when i try. I know its problably because of the scratches, but i also have the french CD and i wanted to know if i use the WIN51IP.SP1 file from the french CD to replace the english one that cant copy, will it make a difference when i create my SP2 slipstreammed using nlite?

ok...i can use that method for my CD made they way i said it in my previous post? And what about your method?...the one for your Plus? can that work with my CD or do i have to start from scratch?

ok...So what can i use to make my CD with my apps that is easy to use for a beginner? What i have done so far is with nlite. I've slipstreammed my SP2 into my CD and i removed want i didnt want and i used the Update pack Full 1.0.3 from RyanVM for the hotfixs and i added my drivers for my system(most of them) and now i have and iso of my new CD. Now what should i used as program to add my apps to the CD. I've been reading on this forum and there are so many methods so im confused ...so where and what to start with? Oh!...and yes i've already been too the site of the unattended Guide...

Im trying to use UpdateXP 2.0 to make my unattended CD (SP2), and i wanted to know if anyone has ever used the program to make a CD cuz i only found 1 thread about it and nothing else.

Hi, I'm very new to this and im trying to make my unattended WinXP SP2 CD with UpdateXP 2.0. Here are my questions: 1. @RyanVM or @everyone else Would it be possible to create my own switchless apps? 2. @all Concerning WMP10...what do i add to the registry.reg to make the WMP a silent install? I've read the Unattended Guide - WMP10 but the instructions are for a batch file, so I don't know what is the equivalent for the registry.reg since in that file its not written the same as in the explanation. 3. @all Are there other guides for UpdateXP 2.0 besides?
