Please stop talking about those popups, that's bigmuscle choice and complaining about it won't change anything. If you can't stand them simply consider that Aero Glass for Windows 8 is not available yet, uninstall it and come back later. That's all folks.

I recommend ver. 0.3 in direct2D mode with GUI ver. 1.1 for best results without annoying popups. ver. 0.4 & 0.5 are indev builds that may be unstable (got random crashes) ver. 0.6 & 0.7 contains popup every hour. I do not really understand bigmuscle's intentions. As a developer I agree with him, users are often impatient and spoiled kids who spend their time moaning instead of making positive remarks... But I see no reason of putting annoying popups, it does not encourage them to make more bug reports and it also irritates those who are willing to help.

Have never used WSB but window corners are located in the same STREAM file. If you round them you'll have rounded corners.

This error occured in DWMGlass not in AGTweaker, so please report it in bigmuscle's topic : Also, I heard that the 32-bit version of DWMGlass does not work properly.

1/ Download and install Resource Hacker 2/ Open Aero Glow v2.msstyles with Resource hacker (not the THEME file but the MSSTYLES one! ) 3/ Browse to STREAM/986/0 4/ Right clic on "0" -> Replace Resource 5/ Open file, use this one 6/ Resource Type : STREAM, Name : 986, Language : 0 -> Replace 7/ File -> Save 8/ Done.

Also tried to run that command and it found some violations to system integrity, but as I applied some other tweaks that probably involve system files modification it may not be caused by uxStyle

Look in the .reg file using notepad to see which is the correct folder. You can edit the regfile to change the path, can be anything as long as it does not contain spaces.

Try setting the device feature level to 9100/D9.1 using either the registry key or the GUI

Exactly, no system files are modified, that's an additional service that run on windows startup.

You can easily set the inactive window coloration using the last version of the GUI (noticed on your screenshot that you are using the previous one)

Hey bigmuscle, is there an easy way for you to left-align text on windows title bar? If so, I would be interested if you could add a setting for that. Thanks for your consideration.

After several hours using it, I found that everything was exactly like in Windows 7 except the title bar buttons. Didn't know that, tried UxStyle with your theme and it works well, great job ! The window title buttons are slightly different from windows 7 original ones but that's pleasant to use, now switched to your theme

I don't install custom themes since it requires system file(s) patching but it looks really nice, good job
