Yeah. There is no fix in particular, but a deficiency of new Windows 11 command bar which is not present with 10/7 explorer frame styles. It still bugs on SAB with 11 style.

In StartAllBack 3.5.4, I've added test for disabling Windows 11 work area behaviour. Add the following registry key: [HKCU\SOFTWARE\StartIsBack] NoSyncDisplayChange = (DWORD)1 Please test if this helps you

Do you have crashes in explorer.exe? What Explorer style do you use? I can't reproduce it as is. There's a rare crash I've found reproducing this however.

Yep, there were reports about this since day 1, but I don't have a reproduction. Working area logic may behave differently due to a some rogue hidden windows feature switch.

I think it is hardcoded.
