When you click "Connect Network Drive" somewhere in menu or toolbar, which dialog appears? Standard small 95/98 window with drive names list or wizard like in 2000?

Hm. If "Standby" option enabled (Is it enabled on non-ACPI systems?) and isn't working, please check if "powrprof.dll" is present in \windows\system. Don't bother yourself, i'll try to find a method to standby old systems.

I've seen problems with 98SE2ME, especially on localized (Russian) 9x Windows. I'm not bashing it, but I think it should be more... customizable. For example, installing fonts and updated keyboard layouts can cause problems that i've seen.

erpdude8, stop crying like baby. I believe this version is not even beta and isn't replacing the default shutdown dialog. So... You claim that standby isn't working well? I'll explore this problem. Have you tried to press Shift --> what Hibernate option does on ME system?

Maybe they lost source codes? I believe actually adding 1 line to source code will close vulnerability.

I think it's all stupid. To install latest IE you need cumulative update (3MB) and... nothing more! With some hacking that's enough even with IE5 installed.

I've launched IE6SP2 on 98 some ways... even without "KernelXP" or so..

regedit.exe should be placed to the \windows dir if you want. regedit+.exe should be placed to the \windows dir and renamed to regedit.exe if you have Revolutions Pack.
