  1. From What I read that new Build is ONLY for Internal MS employees and also seems to show up if you have updated your registry for Fast updates. ~DP
  2. Nice job with the use of the atlas png file, funny as we get aeroglass working, and throw in some borders, corners and buttons that suddenly things just look Right Again, It is unfortunate Microsoft does not see it that way.. ~DP
  3. With classic shell it has options to control the Start Menu Transparency. http://www.classicshell.net/ btw can you supply the wallpaper that you used in your post? Thanks, Dp
  4. Yep, build 9926 is 'buggy' as hell, MS does not like us using non-standard themes nor will MS let us make Chrome, Opera or Frefox our default browser, I am on my 3rd clean install of 9926 and waiting and hoping build 9933 Pro is a much better Improvement. ~DP
  5. Getting better, here is a screen shot using AeroGlass test build with Custom Theme, Classic Shell, Transparency, buttons etc... ~DP
  6. @Daveo76 I thing you may be referring to Aero8Tuner for the transparency over at Winaero.. ~DP http://winaero.com/comment.php?comment.news.95
  7. This is not that Complicated guys.. 1. Download the TaskbarBlur.zip files from Post #48 (Thanks to dhjohns Post #20 ) Which will add blur to your build 9926 taskbar. 2. Use the Classic Shell Beta (which is for Windows 10 as already explained above) then you will have blur in the Start Menu and then when 'Launching' the Start Menu the Blur will 'Stick' on the taskbar (The Default Windows Start does not allow it to stick). 3. Now the only time in my Testing So far when the Taskbar goes back to default is when changing Wallpaper and themes, and logging off and rebooting. 4. But to Fix the reboot and logoff issue I also added a Run command to the Startup (as admin) of my Windows that will launch from my AeroGlass folder. ~DP @Echo Off(NET FILE||(powershell -command Start-Process '%0' -Verb runAs -ArgumentList '%* '&EXIT /B))>NUL 2>&1reg add hklm\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run /f /v TaskBarBlur /t REG_EXPAND_SZ /d "%Systemdrive%\AeroGlass\AeroBlur.cmd">nulexit

  17. The media creation method is a good option if op does not care if its a install.esd rather that the install.wim image, anyway here are more detailed instructions from Brink over at: http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/18309-windows-8-windows-8-1-iso-download-create.html
  18. We don't promote piracy on msfn but stupidity is another matter..According to the techverse site "Thanks to Microsoft’s stupidity, Actually anybody can download the Microsoft windows 8.1 ISO files from Microsoft, but all you need to have is a retail windows 8 product key. If you use your genuine windows 8 product key then you can use a workaround to download windows 8.1 ISO files from Microsoft itself." ~DP http://www.techverse.net/download-windows-8-1-iso-image-using-windows-8-product-key/
  19. Not impressed with build 9926, hopefully next build will be an improvement. ~DP
