Also have a licenced XP Home for this machine as well....

This is our second bedroom...LOL.. (My wife says she wan't seeing enough of me..And I was getting to bed too late..Compromise...?? Get Another Bed) ;)

The machine runs at a 10% OC..All the time, Unless I'm messin round..Then I crank it up.. :)

  2. The windows flag was actually a screenshot of the 3D windows XP screensaver that microsoft made. Then I added the text in the upper left, gave it a dark blue background and voila! Plain, simple, but visually pleasing. Note the lack of icons on my desktop - I try to keep my desktop clean.

By the way... I am using Windows XP, not vista as the toolbar may lead you to believe. It's the Vista Aero visual theme from the vista transformation pack.

    Looks Good...... :)

Don't worry about the Vista issue....I've got 4 PC's here all within a year old....All come with Vista and only one is running Vista... LOL!!

The best thing about the Vista OS is the wall papers.... As far as the per pixel toys and other lil perks. I've been doing them and much more with Object Dekstop for years..

From what I hear though. Vista is about to become the ultimate operating (DEEP BREATH) system with the SP1....(Ahem)... LOL!! I guess when that happens, I'll put the machines back to their OEM packs..Until then, XP is on them all.. ;) Although I am hoping for an XP comparible system in Vista, at the least.

    Cheers :)

  3. Very nice Dagonet! I'm guessing that you're running Vista, correct? It looks like you're using ObjectDock for the dock application, but what's giving you the weather?

    Hey Zxian... Thanks.

It's a Desktop X widget. Clear Weather. All part of Object Desktop.

You're right it is Vista, Ecliz is the skin (JJ Ying), Object Dock, Nordagan is the Icon Pack.

The wall is Road From New Jersey, available here http://interfacelift.com/wallpaper/index.p...;id=&page=2

    Cheers Dude.

  4. Hey Dagonet'

Whats that little taskbar looking thingy that you have at the top of your screen and where/how did you get it?

I have been using a second toolbar for years since XP came on the market...I find it very convenient, auto hides and one click opens my favorite programs. I also like the flavor it adds to my top.

I have mine (Folder) named and stored in My Docs..You can store the folder wherever you like..Add your favorite programs to the folder.. :)
