For what I get from your post, I think I had that same problem some time ago... A small workgroup network with few workstations and connected by a router... This issue could be related with internal network/ ISP congestion due to that certain user being using p2p software and news leechers (for example). Hi everyone! On the first day that SP2 comes out, I instaled on my computer at work for tests... Then after 2 days I and my partners install it on 6 more pc's...
