  1. network data block problem

    Can a network - router or firewall block the data transfer ? that means , within this network , viewing web page is allowed , however, data transfer - database connection (send out only) will be blocked.. is it possible ? if yes ,how can i do that ? 10000 thanks ~

    hi , i work for a non-commerial organization, and i decide to build a web site to display information with a backend admin system. If I use Microsoft Win XP(using) + Apache +Mysql +Php to be a web server , should i pay any license fee or any charges ???

    I am using Window XP , dialup broadband PPP over Ethernet, but the "Local Network" always disconnect a while and reconnect later. What problem is it ? Anyone can help me ??
