One thing to do is rename the .bat to .cmd, it has the same but extended capabilities. If you don't want to see the command window, use CMDOW. Just run a search fo it or look on the MSFN unattended site.
Why don't you use an executeable archive (7zip or rar for instance)? Then you can simply run it through cmdlines.txt or RunOnceEx.cmd (do a search for the use of these or have a look here: http://unattended.msfn.org/intermediate/methods/runonceex.htm
To integrate registration, just register as normal, then export the reg settings for mcafee into a new reg file. Add this registry file after installation of the program. Hope that helps
