Hello, how can i add XLA excel addon for all users (and not copy to to excel library)? I used google, but don't found anything usefull.

What topic title already says - process without focus runs very slow, when it gains focus it runs normally. When have program on my secondary display (and i work as usual on my primary display) that i control with remote controller i have slow responses. When i click on it (so it gains focus) everything work as it is supposed to work. I tried set process priority to realtime, but it didn't helped. Do you know how to fix it, please? Vista x64 Q6600 4GB ram 500GB raid1 ATI HD2600 CPU usage is about 3% all the time. __________________ Am i only one who still have problems and fight with computer? Do i need to much from it? It looks like computers are not enough advanced to do things that I WANT them to do in this step of computer developent.

I have tryed x64 for vista 6000 (sp 0) and it didn't work ): - i get media player and some other software not function and new themes still didn't work. ): Any help?

It IS in same folder and it WORK for admin user and even normal user after selecting theme in themes dialog but normal users don't have it after login.

That is how i have it - i have .theme that has wallpaper and i have it in winnt.sif as default theme but wallpaper only load for administator account automatically, other acounts don't have it after login ...

I crated theme and set it as default, but my wallpaper don't change for all users (VS does change!), but only for administrator. When i log onto other user and select my theme in list and click aply it change wallpaper to one that i set in the theme. Is it normal behavior and do i need to set default wallpaper in default user profile in HKCU?

So if i understand it correctly - after i install IE7 and reboot i can't have runonceex status dialog showed? ):

When i install IE7 in runonceex and immediately after it IE7 MUI it tells me that my IE version does not match version required for update, so how can i INSTALL it in runonceex - and i really prefer install it without reboot.

Well it will not work because working directory is different then then directory with installation etc. (i found it on msfn in some thread about wmp10).

when i run it from commandline and befere run setup_wm.exe do cd to installation folder it works ...

I was installing WMP11 in runonceex and having problems sucess, so i try install it in non silent mode and this is error that i got: when i install it normaly from cd it works i installing it form unpacked wmp11-windowsxp-x86-enu.exe with wm_setup.exe When i install updates separete in runonceex and then run wmp i get error that version 9 was excepted but 11 is installed ... Any suggestions? Also i wonder how to install it from NOT third party utility in svcpack.inf on NON corporate windows (so not activated) and not connected to network ... EDIT: Now i will try execute .cmd [that will execute wm_setup.exe] from runonceex and

Ok now my IE7 problem, after few hours of research i found that it installs, but i don't have iexplorer.exe in program files\internet explorer, no shortcuts in start menu and 'internet' in start menu (link on top of menu above email) points to internet explorer prefrences - that is quite weird. I will look if i don't remove IE6 in [components] ... but still isn't it supposed to install normaly even if i removed IE6 in components? \: BTW it is realy hard to found out why something don't installed if it installed )) ... and sorry for my 'english' ): EDIT: IEAccess = off how ... supid ):

I think that you need to install mui in cmdlines.txt with switch to set it to default - i don't remember which one is it and then ... maybe

I'm not writing that you are dumb or you producing s***y things, nothing like that, i just want to do it myself ... And i still think that ie. your IE7 must be somehow modified (but what do i know i only experimented a little with ie installation) BTW now i doing test install with everything in runonceex (BTW .net 1.1 in it is administrative installation with included patches too ) and i think ALL together will work now And i now see that it was all bad move because when i want to integrate updates i need it to install it before updates in svcpack.inf \:

Ok now i found that maybe i will need to do everething different way because of patches. But nevermind, do you know if sp1 for .net 1.1 shloud be in add/remove programs or do i need to check file versions?

Also how can i know if KB867460 and KB886903 are installed? It don't appear in add/remove programs \:

Hello i have problems installing .net 1.1 from cd - it asks for disc 1, when i install it from systemdrive i have no problems with it. I don't want any rayen or so pack. Just solve this, if it is possible. Thanks for advice.

About wmp11 Yes this will do it's work, but as you may allready know i have my ... perversion ... for do it myself from MS things so it will be just OK to install wmp11? File structure in Boooggy_WMP11_Addon.7z and Normaln microsoft installer is different. BUT i think that if i install wga update before ie7 and wmp11 i will have no problem install ie7 and wmp11 so that my first ULTIMATE (and ideal for me) CD will be almost finished. BTW i'm looking for free antivirus for 'lame' user, i found that would probably be avira or active virus shield. So which one do you recomend? )

Thanks again , now it look like i have all my .net issues solved (or will have, when i try install modified installation). DirectX seem working. IE7 din't installed because i'm trying to install czech IE on english windows (with mui) - i will need to find solution with this. So last problem (for now) is WMP11 - im installing it from unpacked setup wmp11-windowsxp-x86-CS-CZ And there are directories: umdf WindowsXP-MSCompPackV1-x86 wmfdist11 wmp11 in evere i exectute /update/update.exe and silent paramters, but i think i don't need to install all of it, do you know wich are only needed to install?

Definitely, best thing is sillent installing WHILE having sex, guaranted!
