what software are you actually wanting to find? most cds that are bundled contain standard image editing software, which have the abilty to import images via Twain, so any paint application should be fine. Windows movie maker can also reocrd video using webcam etc. Please do post as much info as possible in the future as it really does help us to help u

usually C:\Documents and Settings\GL3nt\Local Settings\Temp replace GL3nt with your user account name, and make sure u enable show hidden files best thing to do is to delete everything in there and then run your software, A random folder name is created each time you run it Hope this helps
