in Win 8 a new Bluescreen was insert at Microsoft. Now i would changes this Backgriund and text. I Think the info for the bluescreen is to search in the bootres.dll. With the ResHacker can find the Text. But when i change the Text an replace the original bootress.dll nothing was changed when a bluescreen came. Everybody an idea how can i chnage the new bluescreen in windows 8. Regard Mike

Hi one question about Win8 Install and the green Background. How can i replace this with my own image ? i have edit the spwizimg.dll, the shsx.dll in install.wim. Also i have edit the background and setup image in boot.wim (also in the oobe directory). Now i can't find the file with this green background. Can me help ? Mike

One question. When i open the shell32.dll ( C:\Windows\System32 ) with ResHacker or Anolis Resourcer the Icons have not the nimber of the list post #5. is it with you too? Example the Icon 137 in the Picture. When i open the shell32.dll this icon is nr. 246 ? Can anyone explain this? Regard Mike

You must unmount the install.wim in the mount folder of RT Se7en Lite. You can`t delete this file: Open the konsole as admin and write this: c:\Programme\Windows_AIK\Tools\x86(or amd64)\imagex /unmount c:\ ... and here the Path to the mount folder when the unmounting prozess is finished, the mount folder is empty and you can delete this folder. beatmaster

Hi, first you must mount the boot.wim [index 2]. Now search at w32uires.dll . Them open this file with the ResHacker an open the String Table. There in the entrie Number 21 you can find this text. Here the german results: beatmaster

Hi @ All. In the official German Support-Forum for 7Customizer the User pru79 had this error: He works on Windows 7 HP x64 . He has his Windows data to c:\7customizer\win7x64\ copied. The files of the customizer are in c:\7customizer . Now he wanted to integrate updates (only msu-files) and create an ISO file. With the KLICK on Apply this error comes: I've attached the dism.log I have recommended him to the WAIK for Windows 7 to remove and reinstall. I have also recommended to him the files of the customizers to remove and reinstall. I have also recommended him to copy the Windows 7 files to c: \ win7x64 so they do not lie below the installation folder of 7Customizers. He also writes that in his log file of the customizer also always something of a path of d: \ w7rtm \ ... begins is, but that can not agree as this one DVD drive that is no media. In our Forum Win-Lite.de Users with only one Imgae in the Win 7 DVD had the same problem. So we thinking the mistake is this one Image inside the Win 7 DVD. beatmaster

Here are the Mistake of your enterprise Version of Win7: 7Customizer can`t mount Win 7 Version with only one Image in the install.wim. And your Enterprise Edition had only this one Install.wim Image. beatmaster

Hi nice_guy75, i have the same problems with this entrie of German "Windows wird gestartet" in the winload.exe.mui. When i changed the entrie Win7 booting with errrors and crashed. The Bootscree and the winload.exe we can`t changed. beatmaster
