Hi, I talked to HP Support before coming here. They gave me the URL for chipset, other drivers as well aNVIDIA Ge Force drivers. But while I can install all others, the NVIDIA setup terminates saying it cannot be installed. But the HP rep did not say anything about it. Still I will try this URL in and get back to you. BTW, how do i install the drivers in text mode? I mean do I need to provide specific command after booting through DOS boot Disk or do I just type in the name of the executable at the command promt. All my drivers on a local partition though they can be copied to a CD. Booting through DOS diskettte wont give me access to other partitions except C drive. Also, can a Windows Boot CD make it possible? It yes, how do i get to create a Windows Boot CD? Please provide me the instructions. Thanks. -- Regards, Arun aka DreamSkape

I bought a laptop, a celeron under the V6000 series, without preloaded software. I had a hard time installing Win XP SP2... then when I went on to look into the bios, I changed some options including disabling SATA support. After that, there was not problem in installing the OS. Later, I changed tehh BIOS options to what they were... and when I tried to start... i got a blank blue screen and it was there until i turned the computer off. In short, the OS loads only when SATA is disabled in the BIOS... May I know the reason and am I loosing anything if I disable the SATA access in BIOS? Thanks in advance, Regards, Arun Kumar.

Hi All, I am on this for a long. I designed a HTML sign with 2 rows by 2 col. The first cell contains my name and other details (text). The adjacent cell contains my firm's monogram (image). It looks fine locally. Here lies the problem: When I send mails using the sign and the reciepient replies.. the line spacing and/or fonts change in the first cell thereby increasing its height. Due to this, the second cells' height also increases showing the black background above and below the monogram. I was able to control width with wrap enabling. But I am unable to find anything that can stop the cell contents formatting from changing. Looking forward for help.
