  1. For some reason I have lost the little icon for my volume control on my task bar. I have read all kinds of ideas as how to fix it but I just went through Heck fixing a system mess and I don't want to creat another problem. This problem occurred after I was finished and the icon was there for several days. I reas one comment from somebody who said there was an easy fix by downloading a Volume Control Repair program. Not sure what the program is. Need

  3. Hi! I have a big problem that is getting worse. I bought a new Kodak ZD710 camera and G610 dock/printer. For over a month now I have been trying to use Picture It! to access the pictures. In that month, because of adding Easyshare, I have had to reload XP, have installed and uninstalled Easyshare dozens of times and I still can't access my camera in Picture It!. Almost everyone says to dump Easyshare and I am definitely of that opinion. However, I need to use my G610 dock to access the pictures the pictures in my camera and to charge my battery. My goal is to use Picture It! to download pictures, to print to my G610 and to access my other printers, if needed.
  4. I figured out several of my problems but I can not print from my PC to my Kodak G610. I have been able to have my pictures taken from my camera dock and stored in my :c\\pictures directory. I am then able to edit the pictures and print them to a normal printer. However, I can not print from Picture It! to the G610 to create photo quality pictures Why?
  5. I am still having problems with my ZD710 and Easyshare. I have been able to save my pictures to directory C:\\:Pictures and open them by using Picture It!. What I want to be able to do is print them to my G610 printer/Dock. Although I have the G610 listed in the Select Printer section of Picture It! when I select it and push print I get a window names Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library that has a message that says "Program Files\Microsoft Picture It!photoPub\pip.exe" abnormal program termination Any ideas
  6. I have been checking everywhere to get some help so I can take and review pictures with my NEW Kodak ZD710 digital Camera. The instructions are a joke. I have used digital camera for years, my latest a HP620, and have never had such problems with underatanding what should be simple instaructions. An example is that when I take a picture, mount it on my G610 printer/dock and push transfer instead of the pictures coming up or being sent to a named file I get a sample screen. Also, when you have a device you're accessing to have data send to your computer that is a download. You download software. There is no mention of downloading the pictures on the camera to my computer. There is, however, and UPLOAD, button which would mean that I would be loading pictures from my computer to my camera. What? I have contacted Kodak, and besides not being able to understand them, they just say to check the insructions that came with it. That is only one thing. The ZD710 has a 1 3/4" x 1 3/4" LCD that I assumed was used to view the pictures. I have yet to get it to work, other than when i first take a picture. If I sound frustrated I am. I worked with computers for 30 years and complained about the documentation being so useless and now I can't even get simple How-To's. The booklets that came with the camera tells what each feature is but does not elaborate as to how to get them to work or access them. Maybe just by persistance I'll luck out but I sure could use some SIMPLE BASIC instuctions
