Hi sleepnmojo, I just usually install the new winrar, it doesn't delete your key, then go to winrar folder, select all, and follow what you do, same script. Just saves making new folders & lots of time

Is your program registered, if so did you receive a serial number or a keyfile? Do you have WinRAR installed? We should do this via PM, all can be sorted in no time.

If you choose "add to archive" instaed of "add to filename.rar" in the context menu, you are one click away from a zip file instead of rar.

I downloaded it, it's a plain vanilla RAR SFX & it's unlocked, so you can change what you want, what path do you want? system variables are OK in the path.

Post your cmd files so you can get some help.

F-prot is picking up all my WinRAR SFX installers as having a virus, the monitor was going beserk every time I opened a folder with them in. All my unattended stuff is on D: fortunately, I ran a scan on C: & it even deleted default.sfx from my WinRAR install folder. Prism Deploy is excellent; it has an ini file, containing many predefined filters, where you can add any reg values, files or folders to ignore. Reg changes can be edited then exported as reg files. It can also save the reg & file changes to a silent, switchless SFX installer

I put my nero reg into my regtweaks that runs before any install, never demo for any program, I used to do it the other way around, demo everywhere.

I made you an installer that works silently, but 2.8 is a total waste of time, it won't work on any archive made by 2.9 or later, which is nearly all of them, it is near useless.

What if you have hundreds of them, It'd be quicker to find them all

If you have winrar installed, just right click your favorites folder & choose add to archive, select create SFX archive, click best for compression, click comment at the top right & paste: ;The comment below contains SFX script commands Path=%USERPROFILE% SavePath Silent=1 Overwrite=1 into the bottom box, done, & silent in your cmd, or whatever you're using, just install favorites.exe, no switches needed
