Hi Bâshrat, there seem to be some problems with the newly added Soundblaster PCI driver: In VMWARE, the emulated card is no longer installed (PCI\VEN_1274&DEV_1371 ...) even though after the installation a SB... dir is left over on the root level which contains the setup files for this card (actually the german setup version). "Update Driver" (search for best ...) from the control panel will install the driver (and update the multmedia cpl to partly german strings). ??
Some entries in TXTSETUP.SIF are missing: [sourceDisksFiles] si3132r5.sys = 1,,,,,,4_,4,1,,,1,4 si3132.sys = 1,,,,,,4_,4,1,,,1,4 si3124r5.sys = 1,,,,,,4_,4,1,,,1,4 si3114.sys = 1,,,,,,4_,4,1,,,1,4 BTW: Thanks for the great work!
These are *really* hot news - so actually, when we strike a Volume License Deal with MS for e.g. 2000 XPPRO licenses, we are entiteled to 2000 shrink wrapped packages with CDs and little booklets etc.? Wow!
And, furthermore, ;Disable the Desktop Cleanup Wizard [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Desktop\CleanupWiz] would work much better if changed to ;Disable the Desktop Cleanup Wizard [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Desktop\CleanupWiz] "NoRun"=dword:00000001
For the hacked sfc_os.dll shouldn't it be SFCDisable = dword:00000000 SFCSettings = dword:ffffff9d That's at least what is perfectly working on our systems.
Create a directory "$OEM$\$$\INF" on your uA CD. Copy "fasttrak.inf" to this directory (setup will copy the contents of this dir to "systemroot\inf"). Actually, copies of all .inf files used during unattended install should be placed there. BTW: for the extensive driver parameters list credit of course goes to RyanVM - forgot to mention this, sorry.
