It's a regional language spread from Persian Gulf in Asia to the west coast of Africa. Or, your poll turns out to be: "Which continent do you live in?" - North America / Australia - Europe - Asia - South/Central America - Africa However, my second language is English. I use it in reading and writing as most books in my bookcases are in English.
