EXEs can be extracted in many ways. You can extract by running EXE. Then, you go to your %TEMP% and find the extracted files there in a specific folder. Some EXEs can be extracted by WinRAR, some by /x switch.

Just guessing: Is that theme already there in its proposed location on your hard disk? Did you use the hacked DLL?
